What I'm writing about

I'm reading Leviticus now. You might recognize that from the Bible. I'm using it as research for my next writing project: write about the sacrifices made for the sake of religion. It's all there for the world to see. No wonder people don't take the Bible literally, if they did, the world would be terrified and disgusted. No-one actually sits down to read it. Well, I make that exercise once in a while, I don't want to be part of the "ignorance is bliss" jargon. And, I write about religion sometimes, most of my poems about religion are somewhat controversial and offensive/aggressive. And they're like that for a reason.
